We offer a variety of shipping options to meet the needs of our customers. The delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

  • Standard Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time for domestic orders within the United States is 5-7 business days.
    Standard shipping is available at a reasonable rate, which is calculated during checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

  • Expedited Shipping:
    For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping within 2-3 business days for domestic orders within the United States.
    The expedited shipping fee will be calculated at checkout, based on the total weight of your order.

  • Overnight Shipping:
    If you need your artwork delivered urgently, we offer overnight shipping for domestic orders.
    Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.

  • International Shipping:
    We also offer international shipping to select countries. The delivery time for international shipments typically ranges from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
    International shipping charges are based on the destination country, size, and weight of the package and will be calculated during checkout.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the items in your order and the delivery address. The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase.

  • Free Standard Shipping:
    We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100. This offer applies automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotions.

  • International Shipping Fees:
    For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and size. These fees will be presented during checkout before you complete your order.

3. Order Processing and Handling

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order confirmation. However, processing times may vary based on product availability or demand.

  • Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the following business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey through the shipping process.

5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we only allow one shipping address per order. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, please note that delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or shipping carrier issues.
Suntopin Art Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by external factors or shipping carriers. If there are significant delays, we will inform you as soon as we receive updated information from the carrier.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@suntopin.com.
We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and ensure your claim is processed. In the case of damaged artwork, we may request photos of the damaged items for documentation purposes.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and issue a replacement or refund based on the outcome of the investigation.

8. Incorrect or Missing Addresses

Please double-check that the shipping address you provide during checkout is correct and complete. Suntopin Art Gallery is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you realize that you made an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@suntopin.com, and we will do our best to update your shipping details before the order is shipped.
  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for reshipping the order.

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may be applied by your destination country. These charges are not included in the cost of your order and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless done within 24 hours of placing the order.
