1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping times may vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination address. Below are the general shipping options available:

      • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within 5-7 business days within the United States.
      • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically within 2-3 business days for quicker arrivals.
      • Overnight Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day for orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST), available for select items.
      • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically between 7-21 business days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery may vary based on carrier schedules, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:

      • Shipping Method: The method you choose during checkout (Standard, Expedited, Overnight, etc.).
      • Order Size and Weight: Heavier and larger orders may incur higher shipping fees.
      • Shipping Location: The delivery address you provide, including domestic and international locations.

You can view the estimated shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your order.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States. This offer excludes expedited shipping and international orders.


3. Shipping Restrictions

      • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
      • International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries. During checkout, you will be able to see if we can ship to your location. Please be aware that international shipping may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


4. Order Processing and Handling

      • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick dispatch. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

      • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

      • Handling Time: We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. However, during peak shopping seasons (such as holidays), processing may take an additional 1-3 business days.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package through the carrier’s website. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.


6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:

      • Severe weather conditions
      • Natural disasters
      • Carrier delays
      • High-volume shipping periods (e.g., holidays, sales events)

If there is a delay with your shipment, we will do our best to inform you as soon as we are made aware of the issue. However, SunTopin is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other external factors.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged during shipping or if it is lost, please contact us immediately at info@suntopin.com or call (660) 679-4258. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

      • Damaged Packages: Please take photos of the damage and keep the original packaging for inspection by the carrier. This will help us resolve the issue more efficiently.

      • Lost Packages: If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

For orders shipped internationally, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees that may be incurred upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the cost of shipping and will be assessed by your local customs office.

Please check with your local customs office for more information on any potential fees before placing an international order.


9. Returns and Exchanges Related to Shipping

For any issues related to the shipping of your order, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for further instructions. We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, and will arrange for a return shipping label in those cases.
